Our team of caregivers is validated through a very thorough process including:
Verification of all credentials
Annual competency assesment
State criminal background clearance
FBI clearance as appropriate
Motor vehicle history as appropriate
In-home supervisory visits
Initial competency assessment
Verification of references
State child abuse clearance as appropriate
Pre-employment drug test as appropriate
12 hours of continuing education annually
